Procedures

Designer Laser Vaginoplasty®

We recognize that there are inherent variations in the size, shape, and structure of the female genitalia. Hereditary characteristics, childbirth, trauma, and aging can also alter the size and shape of the labia and vulva. The focus of these procedures is on the aesthetic re-shaping and contouring of the external genitalia.

  • Laser Reduction Labiaplasty –

Reducing the size and/or altering the shape of the labia minora (the lips of the vagina). Women who choose this procedure may complain of discomfort when wearing tight-fitting clothing, when exercising, or during intercourse.  Other women simply want to change the size or shape of their labia, and desire a more slit-like appearance of their vagina.
  • Laser Perineal Rejuvenation –

Repairing and/or reshaping the perineum (the area between the vagina and the anus).  Women who choose this procedure may be uncomfortable with the appearance or function of their vagina due to wrinkling from loss of skin tone or scarring from episiotomies or other vaginal injuries.
  • Clitoral Hood Reduction –

Reducing excess skin on either side of the clitoris to minimize wrinkling and tighten the tissue that hugs the clitoris. Women who choose this procedure may be uncomfortable with the appearance of their vulva due to looseness or wrinkling of the skin around the clitoris.

Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation®

We understand that childbirth and aging may naturally decrease vaginal muscle tone. This can be bothersome to some women. The focus of these procedures is on the reconstruction of the interior of the vaginal cavity to enhance muscle tone, tighten the vagina, and improve appearance.

  • Laser Anterior Vaginal Rejuvenation –

Repairing the muscles and tissues underneath the bladder and tightening the skin of the vagina. Women who choose this procedure may have experienced a loss of sensation during intercourse, feel that their vagina is overly relaxed or “loose,” or have bothersome laxity of their vaginal muscles and tissues.
  • Laser Posterior Vaginal Rejuvenation –

Repairing the muscles and tissues overlying the rectum and tightening the skin of the vagina. Women who choose this procedure may have experienced a loss of sensation during intercourse, feel that their vagina is overly relaxed or “loose,” or have bothersome laxity of their vaginal muscles and tissues.  Because this area of the vagina is most often damaged during childbirth and episiotomies, it is almost always combined with Laser Perineal Rejuvenation.
  • Hymenoplasty –

Reestablishing the disrupted hymen to its virginal state. This procedure is most often performed for cultural, religious, or social reasons.

Combination Procedures –

These include the combination of both DLV® and LVR® procedures for those patients who desire a more comprehensive approach.
