Pricing & Payment Policies


All costs associated with your procedures will be provided to you in a written quotation and discussed in detail during a private consultation with your Patient Liaison. Pricing for individual procedures will range from $4,000 to $8,500. Combination procedures are more expensive due to the additional time and complexity associated with multiple-procedure surgery.

For the convenience of our patients we work under an “All Inclusive Fee” model. This means we provide you with a single fee for your entire case. This fee will include your physician’s time, the costs for anesthesia, and costs associated with the surgical facility. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Financing for your surgery is also available through CareCreditSM (http://www.carecredit.com).

All fees are due at least 14 days prior to surgery. A deposit of 50% must be paid at the time of scheduling. If surgery is cancelled by the patient and a refund is requested, a $500.00 cancellation fee will be retained. There are no penalties for changing your surgery date.
